New orders that require shipping have an approximate turnaround of 2 - 7 business days. Orders are only shipped business days, Monday - Thursday. This is to ensure that order freshness is kept intact. Please select appropriate shipping method for your location. FlõVia is not responsible for postal delays.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@flovia7.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. Damaged orders are addressed on a case-by-case basis. In the event that an order is determined to have been damaged at time of delivery as to no fault of the customer a replacement of the same product(s) ordered will be provided at no charge to the customer.
